Bradley Walsh told Shaun Wallace to "get a grip" on today's The Chase.

The 62-year-old presenter returned to front Wednesday's edition of the popular ITV game show. Safwaan, Rebecca, Stan and Maria were testing their wits against the Chaser in a bid to win thousands.

Shaun started off in strong form as he swiftly dispatched Safwaan after an impressive £5,000 cash builder. Rebecca was up next and earned £2,000 in her cash builder.

The 26-year-old was a a guest experience host at a sealife centre in Birmingham and Bradley asked what her favourite sea-creature was. She said: "It would be a starfish, I absolutely love them."

Bradley was taken aback by Shaun's response when he asked what his favourite fish was. The Chaser said: "To eat?"

The host shot back: "Get a grip. Young lady works at a sealife centre. Favourite fish, not to eat. Forget that bit."

Shaun insisted he was a fish eater before he joked his favourite was a Great White Shark. Rebecca went on to book her spot in the Final Chase with a series of fortunate guesses.

The Chaser was in disbelief when she accurately said Frank Sinatra was the Vice President at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in the 80s. The Chaser got the answer wrong went he went for Liberace and jokingly threw his arms up in the air before he got up from his seat and headed for the exit.

Shaun returned to his seat and admitted he was thrilled for the quizzer. He said: "Well done, I'm really pleased for you."

The player was joined by Stan and Maria in the last round and the team competed for £11,000. However, they left empty handed when the Chaser caught them with 25 seconds remaining.
