Kate Garraway has given a candid update on husband Derek Draper's health, revealing he is back in hospital, just days after he rallied to attend her MBE presentation.
Last week, Kate was joined and family and friends, including her Good Morning Britain colleagues, to be handed the top honour by Prince William. And the thing that meant the most to Kate was that Derek, three years after his life threatening battled with Covid, could be there. Appearing on Good Morning Britain, the day after getting her MBE, Kate revealed that her other half had only been in hospital two days earlier and, taking to Instagram on Sunday, the presenter shared that Derek has since been back in hospital, as she detailed her eventful week, next to photos of her in Windsor.
Kate wrote: "well what a week, that started with Derek in hospital and ended with Derek in hospital, but with this extraordinary day in the middle. I am so incredibly moved and humbled by the whole experience.
