Things got heated in the Love Island villa last night (July 7) as the girls returned from Casa Amor. The much-anticipated 'stick or twist' recoupling saw the Islanders make the all-important decision as to whether they want to remain in their original couple or choose one of the new bombshells instead.
During the dramatic recoupling, which was branded by viewers as the 'best episode in history', there were a few shocks in store as Dami Hope, Indiyah Polack, Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page each decided to couple up with one of the new Casa Amor contestants.
Despite previously appearing smitten with one another, Dami's head was turned by new girl Summer Botwe in the main villa, whilst Indiyah felt she had a connection with new boy Deji Adeniyi. The situation got frosty when Indiyah returned to the villa to see Dami coupled up, as she told him: "May the best heartbreaker win."

Tasha and Andrew haven't had the smoothest of journeys in the villa, with Tasha claiming to want to get to know some of the new boys who have previously come in, including Charlie Radnedge.
But it was only when the new Casa Amor girls told Andrew that he was being 'taken for a mug' that his head turned. Andrew then got to know new girl Coco Lodge, whist Tasha also got closer to Billy Brown in Casa Amor.
As Tasha and Andrew both returned to the villa with new partners, things kicked off as a fuming Andrew said Tasha “tells more lies than Pinocchio”.
Meanwhile, Paige Thorne returned to the villa single in the hopes that her partner Jacques O'Neill would remain faithful. On her arrival Jacques was standing alone which meant he had decided to stay in a couple with Paige.
The paramedic was delighted until a shock twist saw Casa Amor girl Cheyanne reveal what had really gone on whilst Paige was away. The blonde bombshell told host Laura Whitmore that she thought her and Jacques 'had a connection' after sharing a bed and kissing.
Paige, 24, appeared gutted after thinking Jacques had stayed loyal before finding out the truth. After the recoupling ended Paige confronted Jacques who told her she 'forgets they're single sometimes'.
A preview for Friday night's episode (July 8) then showed a snippet of the fallout from the Casa Amor recoupling, where was seen in floods of tears to her friend Dami.
But viewers were quick to point out that Dami was in the wrong for comforting her, as he had been encouraging her partner Jacques to 'explore new connections' whilst Paige was away, unbeknownst to her.

@amyreality added: "The nerve Dami has!!! the same guy who was egging Jacques to cheat is now going to listen and help Paige? Wtf, have you no shame?!!!
@trugiaa said: "Hold on, tomorrow night Paige goes to Dami about Jacques. why is Dami acting like he wasn’t the one encouraging Jacques to explore?!? As another said: "Paige is crying and opening up to Dami?? as in the same person that was encouraging Jaques??"
@m1lfluver1 also wrote: "Why is Dami listening to Paige cry in the preview for tonight’s episode as if he wasn’t the one encouraging Jaques to get with other girls and thinking it was the funniest thing in the world that he was kissing other girls so don’t pretend you care about paige now."
