ITV Love Island star kicked off This Morning set as he shares 'unusual' workout

Vernon Kay was in disbelief as a Love Island star shared details of his "unusual" workout.

The 48-year-old fronted today's edition of This Morning alongside Rochelle Humes. The presenters welcomed three Islanders from the latest season of the popular dating programme.

Jay Younger, Billy Brown and Deji Adeniyi modelled a selection of affordable swimwear on the fashion segment. Vernon was taken aback when Jay flexed his pecs as he strutted down the catwalk.

Jay had joined Vernon earlier on in the show as they completed a stomach toning exercise. The presenter probed Jay to give an insight into his exercise programme and was outraged when he revealed he didn't do any ab workouts.

Vernon proceeded to stepped onto the catwalk and push Jay off the set. He joked: "Mate, get off. That's outrageous.

"Why would you say that? I don't do any abs? He's all abs."

Lisa Snowdon hosted today's fashion segment and added: "That's just rude."
