Missing your Love Island fix and keen to know if contestant Luca Bish ever got to meet Gemma Owen's famous footballing dad Michael? Well it looks like the meet up happened.
Dressage rider, Gemma Owen, coupled up with Luca in the Love Island villa during the latest series of the popular ITV dating show. There was great speculation during the series about whether the boys in the villa knew who Gemma's famous dad was whether she would name drop.
The couple, who were runners up in this year's show behind Ekin-Su and Davide, have now been reported to have shared a meal with Gemma's family. According to the Mirror, Luca has finally being introduced to the former Liverpool striker, Michael, 42.

The publication said that Luca, 23, beamed as he wrapped his arm around 19-year-old Gemma. Both dressed in white outfits, the pair were spotted in Portugal. Gemma wore a white sleeveless bodysuit and lace flared trousers, while Luca donned a pair of white shorts and a beige polo top.
Luca was seen sat at a table outside Maria's Restaurant and Beach in the Algarve as the family dined al fresco. The group appeared to be getting along well as they dined and chatted and the former fishmonger was seen sitting next to football legend Michael at the table.
However, it was said to be a nerve-wracking thing for Luca as a source told The Sun: "Luca has been nervous about meeting Michael which is, of course, totally natural." Adding: "He adores Gemma and knows that he has to impress."
During the trip, Luca also threw his support behind Gemma's swimwear brand OG Beachwear as her beau modelled a pair of trunks from her collection in a snap on Instagram. Sharing a picture, he wrote: "Does this count as our first holiday together or? It’s only right that I wear @ogbeachwear @gemowen_1 ".
