Gemma Owen has made sure to introduce Luca Bish to the other man in her life - and we don't mean her dad Michael Owen. The Love Island star appears to have taken her new man home to her family's £4m Chester mansion after a whirlwind couple of weeks since leaving the villa.
She previously confirmed that Luca, 23, FINALLY met her former footballer-turned-pundit dad during a recent trip to Portugal. The 19-year-old jetted off with Luca to meet up with her family and friends while also doing some content shoots for her swimwear brand, OG swimwear.
While not publicly documenting their first meeting, Gemma, 19, said in a recent interview on Capital FM: "It couldn't have gone better, it was so nice. We got away for four days, it was a bit of like, got a bit of content, bit of chill time but yeah it was a really nice environment for him to meet everyone."
She added: "They all get on really well and how he was with my brothers and sisters as well, like, so cute." And now international dressage rider Gemma has shared the sweet moment she introduced her fishmonger beau Luca to her equestrian life and one of her champion horses.
Gemma took to her Instagram on Thursday (August 18) to share an image of Luca on the grounds of her Cheshire mansion while she was all saddled up. The teen couldn't hide her smile as she sat atop her horse while Luca stood and smiled at the side.
"New bromance," she captioned the post and fans were quick to gush over the 'cute' snap. Fellow former islander Antigoni Buxton said: "Stop this is so cute." @christasiasfalliamlemma wrote: "OMGGG THIS IS THE CUTEST." @gemsgf commented: "This is so adorable."
@gemssvsp echoed: "This is absolutely adorable." @loveislandbaby2022 replied: "THIS IS PERFECT, WHAT A TRIO." @ourdogs_____ added: "Aw you look so good together and Gemma the horse is a stunner. Let's see luca ride one."
Earlier in the day Luca took to his TikTok account to share the 'adorable' moment the couple were reunited after being apart for 24 hours. Captioning the short clip, Luca wrote: "POV: You've not seen each other for 24 hours after spending every single together for the last two months."
It showed Gemma running out of her plush home across the driveway and jumping into Luca's arms. The pair embraced before heading inside and fans of the loved-up pair rushed to comment on their reunion dubbing them 'cute' and 'the best couple'.
Earlier this week, Gemma stunned while showing off her 'boyfriend fit' and quickly sent fans wild for one reason and one reason only. Those who have followed Gemma and her blossoming relationship with Luca Bish have been eagerly waiting for the pair to become 'official'.
Despite sharing their love for each other while in the famous villa, the pair decided not to rush things and wait until they were back in the real world before becoming boyfriend and girlfriend.
But now more than two weeks on since the Love Island final, where Luca and Gemma finished in second place behind eventual winners Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, fans thought that Gemma's latest post hinted at them finally becoming an official couple.
However, Luca has dashed any announcements as he took to his own Instagram Story with a video as he tried to be more active on social media and start a Q&A with his newfound followers. When asked if they were still together, Luca appeared confused following on from his last video of Gemma in their hotel room but he then added: "Yeah we’re still together and nearly official, nearly."
