ITV Love Island's Billy Brown says it would be 'game over' for Luca Bish if he got same amount of time with Gemma Owen

Former Love Island contestant Billy Brown has said it would be 'game over' for Luca Bish if he had the same amount of time with Gemma Owen on the show. Billy spilled all in an interview with Capital FM on Tuesday morning (July 26), just a week after he and Summer Botwe were dumped from the island.

Gemma has been coupled up with Luca from the start, but Billy reckons he would've swept Gemma off her feet first if he'd appeared on the reality dating show at the same time as Luca. He also said that there was plenty of flirting between him and Gemma.

The 23-year-old said Gemma's 'first words' to him in Casa Amor were 'pull me in for a chat if you want' - but Billy opted to play 'hard to get' instead. He also claims that viewers haven't seen 'all the flirting' between the pair, adding: "They've let her off lightly".

Capital FM presenter Sonny Jay asked the former islander: "If you and Luca went in at the same time, do you think you would've stood more of a chance against Luca?" Billy responded: "Oh yeah, game over".

Sonny continued: "Do you genuinely think that if you both had the same amount of time, you would've been with Gemma over him?" Billy answered confidently: "Yeah, definitely".

Previously, Billy had chosen to kiss Gemma instead of his own partner Danica Taylor during a game of ‘snog, marry, pie’. With less than a week to go until the final, Billy also weighed in on the islanders who are currently coupled up.

He told Capital FM he reckons Tasha and Andrew will struggle to stay together if he stays living in Dubai. and that Adam Collard ‘won’t stick’ with Paige Thorne in the outside world.
