There's some breaking news from the villa this afternoon after it was announced that one islander is set to leave the show.
Jacques O'Neill, who is currently paired with Paige Thorne, was confirmed to be leaving by ITV bosses.
A statement by ITV reads: "Jacques has made the decision to leave the Villa. He will explain his reasons to the Islanders during tonight’s episode. We fully support his decision and look forward to seeing what’s next for Jacques."

It comes as Edinburgh's Jay and partner Chyna were forced to leave the show in another sad dumping — and, just hours after, former-Islander Adam Collard entered the villa.
But it wasn't the public that made the decision to boot Jay off, however, and instead the islanders themselves had a discussion amongst themselves to see who they would save, and who they would send home.

It is not yet clear why Jacques has left the villa, however Love Island took to their Instagram and uploaded a video showing Jacques getting annoyed at the new arrival and crying whilst talking to Paige — adding he wanted to try and complete his journey on the show but couldn't.
Replying to their post one said: "I'm gutted."
Another added: "I hope he's ok."
Love Island returns to ITV tonight at 9pm.
