Love Island fans were quick to point out a problem as two new bombshells made an entrance into the villa. It's been a week since fans of the ITV2 dating show witnessed a bunch of singletons make a South African villa their home in the hope of finding love in front of our very eyes.
Things haven't got off to the smoothest of starts thanks to the arrival of multiple bombshells, a fiery confrontation with the boys and some daggers being thrown between the girls. And things haven't changed as Sunday night's episode (January 22) saw the two new Australian bombshells cause a stir in the Love Island villa after they piqued the interest of a number of contestants.
Their arrival was teased during Friday night's trip to South Africa, where the second-ever winter series is being filmed, but following a break from the action on Saturday night, personal trainer and influencer Jessie Wynter, 26, from Tasmania, and model and content creator Aaron Waters, 25, from Melbourne, who have both appeared on the Australian version of the hit dating show, entered the British one in the hope of another shot at love.

The new arrivals made their dramatic entrance by shouting "G’day mate" from a balcony while the other islanders were below having a pool party. Bombshell Jessie wasted no time in getting to know the boys as she broke them off from the other girls and told them: "You guys are all so fit, what the hell."
Asked what her type was, she admitted she was a "wild child" but that she was looking for someone to "put her in her place". Jessie then questioned if everyone was happy in their couple, to which TV salesman Haris Namani said: "You came in at the right time, no one’s really settled 100%."
Meanwhile, the girls spoke to new boy Aaron who described himself as the "king of situations", adding: "Long story short, I’ve just had no luck in Australia. I’m 25. I’m looking for something that I can actually build on. I don’t want to fling, I don’t want a situationship, I don’t want something that sparks then like dies away."
Asked if he had a type for girls’ personalities, he said: "Yeah, I could write a list to be honest. Loving and caring first, someone that doesn’t take themselves too seriously, but I love confidence, that’s a big thing for me."
But having their say on social media, Love Island fans were quick to point out a major flaw in having international islanders as bombshells. @ifeA123 asked: "Why did they even bring Australians? How’s the long distance going to work? #loveisland." @jihncuvfib echoed: "They live in Australia? How is this long distance relationship going to work, what’s the point of them being there?? #loveisland."
@patient_asylum tweeted: "I don’t get it does love island think a genuine relationship will form long distance. Australia is a whole day ahead of 90% of the world don’t nobody want a boyfriend from the future #loveisland." @AnjicaxS wrote: "I still don’t understand why Australian ppl are in this. Ppl call east to west London long distance. #loveisland."
@nicolebradyxx posted: "Why would they put 2 ex islanders from Australia in? Long distance between U.K. and Australia will never work out #LoveIsland." @Matty_Ox10 added: "There's not a chance either of these are leaving Australia to live in the UK so what is actually the point in this #loveisland."
