ITV presenter Lorraine Kelly found herself in the middle of a so-called fashion blunder during the show that aired on Tuesday, May 23 as a guest turned up in the same jacket. The former editor-in-chief of Glamour, Jo Elvin, was on the show for a blazer masterclass.
The fashion segment showed ITV viewers a string of high-street store jackets, including stunning numbers from Primark and M&S, and how to wear them. However, before the segment, Lorraine and Jo realised they'd turned up in the same jacket.
The number from Me + Em is the cream and black Panama Pinstripe Blazer which costs £350. While Lorraine had paired it with a white t-shirt and bright yellow trousers, Jo opted for the full suit, including the tailored vest and wide-leg culottes.

Addressing the elephant in the room, Lorraine teased: "I can't imagine anybody wearing the same jacket or the same dress," as Jo quipped: "How embarrassing would that be"
"We've come in exactly the same jacket from exactly the same label," Lorraine explained as Jo said: "Can I just say other TV presenters would have me removed from the studio but Lorraine just said "that's hilarious".
"Oh behave," Lorraine replied as she pointed out they'd dressed it differently. "It's a really nice jacket Lorraine I admire your taste," Jo then said.
The outfit clash actually worked well for the fashion segment, as Jo said: "We are demonstrating the versatility right now of one blazer, we all got the memo."
"We always wear the same," Lorraine said at the end of the segment. "I wonder if you can be trusted in your cream more than I can," Jo joked in response.
Lorraine continues weekdays at 9am on ITV1 and ITVX. For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter here.
