ITV star Jane Moore says her eldest daughter needed treatment in hospital after a near fatal incident. The Loose Women star's story came as she and her fellow presenters discussed Vernon Kay partying with his 18-year-old daughter in Ibiza.
Jane, 61, said her daughter Ellie visited Fiji and was travelling around islands in a boat when a disaster happened on a gap year, The Mirror reports. "I got that call, at least it was her calling," Jane said, adding: "So I knew she was alive but I got that call, she went 'Hi mum, what's my medical insurance number?'"
Shocked by the question, Jane added: "'And why would you need to know that anyway?!', she'd got in a boat in Fiji to go from island to island. "It had capsized, a tourist boat, she'd had to swim for her life, she got onto some uninhabited island but it was surrounded by coral and it's very poisonous.
