Wednesday night's installment of jungle action saw the former Lionesses take on the latest trial after putting herself forward.
The 35-year-old was transformed into the jungle's own Truly Scrumptious and had to search around for stars while hanging in the air on a flying car. Despite expressing a fear of heights, Jill scored a full house of stars for her campmates meaning they were guaranteed a hearty meal.
