Following Love Island star Olivia Attwood's shock exit from I'm A Celebrity.... Get Me Out of Here! on Monday night, crew members of the ITV show are said to have allegedly been left in "floods of tears".
The reality television star appeared in the launch episode - becoming the first ever Love Islander to appear on the show - which aired on Sunday evening (November 6) and is hosted by Geordie duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly - but after just 24 hours in the jungle was forced to withdraw on medical grounds.
Telling viewers the news officially, Dec said: "You may have seen that unfortunately Olivia Attwood has left the jungle for medical reasons and sadly won't be returning."

Confirming she would still feature in the episode which aired on Monday night as it was filmed before she left, Ant continued: "We're very sad to see her go and we wish her well."
As reported by the Birmingham Mail, this farewell came after medics didn't allow Olivia back in camp following concerning test results which required further evaluation. Following this, a show source said: "Staff have been in floods of tears in Oz as they were so desperate to keep her and are devastated she’s gone.
"They know she was the shining star of camp and it’s uncomfortable that fans are calling for her return. She was their big female signing and there is a real gap in the camp now."
However, all is not lost for fans of the reality star as the source added: "They have huge plans for her in 2023 and don’t want to lose her to the BBC who have swooped in with presenting opps."
Upon her exit, the 31-year-old was said to be "heartbroken" by those monitoring her social media and took to her Instagram stories to post a statement - read more on that here.
It read: "To say Olivia is heartbroken would be an understatement, she dreamed of doing I'm a Celeb for years, and was absolutely loving every second of the show and throwing herself into jungle life feet first (just as we knew she would).
"However, for reasons beyond her control her journey has been cut short. Your support and kind words have meant the world to her now as much as it always has."
They added: "You will hear the truth from Olivia in due course and she will be back on your screens in the New Year. PS. Who's going to roast Matt Hancock now?"
On Tuesday night's episode, two new campmates were introduced to viewers as Matt Hancock and Seann Walsh. They will take on the latest Bushtucker Trial airing on Wednesday, November 9.
