ITV I'm a Celebrity contestant Helen Flanagan reportedly signs up to 'All Stars' spin-off

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! fans could see some show favourites returning for a stint on a new ITV show - but this time with a difference. I'm a Celebrity All Stars would pit past contestants against each other, but they wouldn't be heading to a castle in Wales or to the Australian outback, this time, the celebs would be jetting off to South Africa.

The show is set to air in 2023 and the line-up is just being rumoured at the moment but one of the latest former contestants thought to be ready to take up the challenge is Helen Flanagan. The former Corrie actress last joined hosts Ant and Dec for the show in 2012. Now, and after what The Mirror called 'lengthy talks, she has reportedly agreed a deal to return to the hit format show.

It's understood that the location for the show would be South Africa's Kruger National Park. However, while the location may have changed, the trials will certainly remain.

Helen, who played Rosie Webster in Coronation Street, is now 32 and a mother-of-three so her attitude to Bushtucker Trials may well have changed. The actor finished in seventh place when she originally took part in the show ten years ago with viewers voting for the star to take up challenges after appearing squeamish.

A TV source told the Sun: "Helen is an absolute catch for ITV and they are thrilled she is finally on board. It has taken months of negotiations because it is a big decision to spend so long away from her young children but she has finally come around to the idea. She was brilliant telly back in 2012 and is bound to be just as entertaining this time around — especially if she gets voted into doing the trials again."

Helen, who is engaged to footballer Scott Sinclair, isn't the only household name reported to be signing up for the show. Also rumoured to be in the running are maths whiz and former Countdown legend Carol Vorderman, former world champion boxer Amir Khan, TV personality Gillian McKeith, former Queen of the Jungle Georgia Toffolo, and another former soap star, EastEnders' Dean Gaffney.

Also on the list of possible contestants is Happy Mondays' Shaun Ryder and socialite Lady C. However, ITV has yet to confirm the celeb line up. The Mirror has contacted representatives for ITV and Helen for comment.
