Jake Quickenden says he's aiming to get back in shape after indulging over Christmas. In a relatable Instagram post the former Dancing On Ice champion and The X Factor and I'm a Celebrity contestant was "shredded" for his wedding this summer, but says he wants to get "back on it" after eating 's***' over the festive period.
Jake, 34, who starred in the 2012 and 2014 series of The X Factor , was a runner-up on I'm a Celebrity in 2014 and won Dancing on Ice in 2018, married his soulmate Sophie Church in an idyllic wedding in Ibiza in September.
"A lot of people asked me how Igot in shape for my wedding because I was absolutely shredded," he said in a new video on Tuesday December 27. "I'm not anymore becuse It's been Christmas and I've just been been eating s***."
