Good Morning Britain's Ben Shephard and Charlotte issued a tribute as they announced their colleague is exiting the show.
The broadcasters fronted Friday's edition of the ITV news programme. They covered the topics of the day, which included the UK heatwave and an interview with RMT boss, Mick Lynch, over the upcoming rail strikes.
The final segment of the jam-packed programme was a chat with Australian comedian, Adam Hills. However, just before the show finished, Charlotte revealed they were bidding farewell to their programme editor.

She said: "Just before we go this morning, we are saying goodbye to our editor, Rosaline Poole, who is sadly leaving us. She has been with us since the start of Good Morning Britain as a bulletin editor, senior producer, programme editor and she is leaving us on Monday."
Ben confirmed he was working on one of his colleague's first shows. He added: "Charlotte and I once did a show when we had a dog in a teacup. From dogs in a teacup to the legend that is Adam Hills, what a way to finish and thank you for everything."
Charlotte added: "We will miss you."
