A guest of Good Morning Britain was forced to apologise as Ben Shephard scolded her on Friday's show.
He and co-host Ranvir Singh welcomed a nurse on the show to discuss the December strike dates. NHS nurses are set to take strike action on December 15 and 20 over pay disputes.
But Ben was forced to ask Neomi Bennett, who is against the industrial action, about her phone before the chat even began. She was spotted looking down under the desk with the device in her hands.

Ben said: "Neomi, are you just checking your phone is turned off there sorry?" She replied: "Yeah, I just wanted to check. Sorry."
The presenter laughed as he said: "Don't worry. It's absolutely fine when you're live and your forget because all of your friends are going to say 'oh you're on telly'. You need to be contactable as a nurse and that's one of the most important things."
The guest quickly put her phone away as they all carried on, quickly forgetting about the hiccup.
