ITV Good Morning Britain star Andi Peters has announced his surprise exit from the show. Andi is leaving the show for the ITV I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! jungle, he has said.
Andi detailed the change in circumstances on Tuesday's GMB, as reported by Birmingham Live. Andi will be Down Under each day this series, flying out to deliver all the latest news, views and headlines from Australia.
He said: "Okay the breaking news is: I am going to go to Australia to cover the campmates - that's the breaking news. So I will be there for the final week."
Sadly, Andi may not be the arrival wanted by contestant Scarlette Douglas. Scarlette is one of the show's stars for the 2022 ITV I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! series, and has confessed her surprise celebrity crush.
Vick Hope explained on today's GMB: "A Place In The Sun star Scarlette Douglas said her dream campmate is Richard Arnold." Presenter Ed Balls asked: "Is he going into the jungle too?"
Vick then laughed: "He's not here, but it’s not my job to speculate." Ed was in the studio alongside Susanna Reid on Tuesday November 1, just days out from I'm A Celeb launching on Sunday on ITV and also on the ITV Hub.
