ITV Emmerdale viewers baffled by problem as show ends with horror attack

Emmerdale viewers were baffled by a problem after the disturbing end to the latest episode.

Monday's episode continued to explore the fallout after Leyla Cavanagh provoked the villainous Callum. The character, played by Roxy Shahidi, was worried she put her son, Jacob, in danger.

Leyla was concerned Jacob was in serious danger when they were unable to get in contact with him at the start of the episode. Jacob was fortunately safe but Leyla decided to concoct a plan to bring Callum down.

She enlisted the help of Suzy Merton, who tried to smear Callum and make him a target for his criminal associates. However, the plan took a disastrous turn when Callum uncovered Suzy's plan.

The drug dealer viciously attacked Suzy with a brick before she was found by Mary, who contacted an ambulance. However, fans following the show on Twitter were distracted during the violent scenes as they thought the staging of the attack was unrealistic.

Michelle said: "Omg! That was the worst fake hit & fall I've EVER seen!! Hahahahaha"

Shaila commented: "lol that was so fake"

DIon tweeted: "They could have made it look a bit more real"
