Rebecca Sarker is regarded as one of Emmerdale's most famous figures.

The soap star has played Manpreet Sharma in the fictional Yorkshire village since 2018. The character has endured a difficult time in the village as she was almost killed by the villainous Meena Jutla.

Manpreet is now enjoying a more settled period in Emmerdale as she is in a relationship with Charles Anderson. Rebecca was gutted by events in the show last week that saw Priya Sharma leave the village.
