Emmerdale star Rebecca Sarker had jaws dropping as she took to Instagram with a new snap. The actress, who plays Manpreet Sharma in the ITV soap, said she was recovering from being struck down by the flu as she marked her fresh return to social media.
Rebecca had posted to her Instagram grid earlier this month when she revealed she was back filming following the Christmas and New Year break. Alongside a selfie from her dressing room, she penned at the time: "Back filming y'all."
Fans were quick to share their delight at her being back but after taking a brief social media break, Rebecca returned with a bang and stunned her followers with a stunning selfie.

The 47-year-old looked worlds away from her on-screen character as she sported a black sports bra and a bright blue thong as she showcased her enviable abs and toned legs. The soap star appeared fresh face and wore her shoulder-length dark locks in some messy loose waves as she posed in the mirror.
"Live thong and prosper," she started the caption of her post to her thousands of followers. "It got me guys, the flu. But I'm #backontrack #backtome (almost) and crucially, #backtraining. Cheeky pants pose to mark the occasion," she laughed before adding: "Speedy recovery to fellow sufferers."
ITV News broadcaster Lucrezia Millarini was among the first to respond to the sizzling snap. She told Rebecca, who she met while taking part in The Games on ITV last year: "Uh-oh! Internet about to break!" And fans were also responding to the post.

Rebecca has since been back on the social media platform to share a tribute to her co-star Fiona Wade who bowed out of Emmerdale in scenes aired on Friday night (January 27). The Priya Sharma actress has bowed out of the soap after 11 years with her character seen heading off for a new job in London.
Following her exit playing out on-screen, Rebecca took to Instagram with a photo of the pair gazing at one another in front of the camera at Fiona's leaving bash. They both looked gorgeous with Rebecca donning a white shirt tucked into a mini leather skirt while Fiona opted for a little black dress and matching black blazer.
"Dearest @fionawade1. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly into your family, both fictional and real-life," Rebecca penned. "This is just adiós and not goodbye." The string of snaps also featured one of Rebecca deep in coversation with Fiona's mum.
The departing soap star was quick to respond to the dediction, writing in the comments: "My beautiful sister Thankyou for being by my side throughout! Family always. I love you."
