Emmerdale actor, Dominic Brunt, has shared he broke a social media rule that saw him placed in "Twitter prison".
The 52-year-old is best-known for playing Paddy Kirk in the ITV soap, but some fans may not know Dominic is also a director and producer. He is currently promoting a new feature film.
And it was possibly in trying to promote the film that he fell foul of Twitter guidelines.

Finally allowed to tweet again on Monday, the Paddy Kirk actor said: "Darlings!!!! I’m out of Twitter prison for following too many people too quickly. Last but one hassle here:- If you follow us @wolfmanorfilm we’ll follow you back. It’s a werewolf film!! What’s not to like???!! Thank you sincerely."
It's not known when Dominic saw his account temporarily suspended but his most recent tweet before Monday was on April 27.
Dominic first came to Emmerdale as Paddy in 1997 working as a locum for Zoe Tate. He has remained on the Yorkshire Dales soap for 25 years and has no plans on leaving.
Speaking to Inside Soap in 2020, Dominic said: "I've had enough shady jobs to know this is one of the best in the world. I love it, I'm proud of it and I'm loyal to it.
"I still find it difficult and it makes me nervous, you can't just busk it! But honestly, if they said: 'Sign here for another 23 years', I'd bite their hand off.
"If they'll keep writing for me, I'll keep putting the effort in for them. It's whipped by in an instant so far."
Emmerdale airs weekdays at 7.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub
