A bombshell confession in next week's Emmerdale episodes has cast doubt on the future of five key characters.
The fictional Yorkshire village has been rocked with chaos after the murder of Al Chapman. Cain Dingle pleaded guilty to the crime and is currently serving time in prison.
However, it has since been revealed that Cain admitted to the crime to protect his son, Kyle Winchester, who is the real killer. Members of the Dingle family have since become complicit in the cover-up as they aim to protect the youngster.

Spoilers for the show have unveiled Kyle is set to make a second confession next week after he reveals he killed Al. Moira, Matty, Amy and Mackenzie will all face questioning by the police as they aim to stick to their story.
However, police officers grow increasingly suspicious and threaten the characters on the dangers of perverting the course of justice. The four characters will all stick to their story, but things take a turn for the worse when DS Malik takes Kyle in for questioning.
Dramatic scenes set to be broadcast next week will show Kyle finally confess to the crimes. The confession will contradict the statements of the other members of the family who could find themselves imprisoned for the cover-up.
Mackenzie is in for a particularly turbulent week in the long-running soap as he continues to hide the truth about his relationship with Chloe Harris. The two engaged in an affair and Chloe has since found out she is pregnant.
The relationship caused issues with Amy Wyatt which sparked Chloe to exit the village. However, spoilers show she is set to return in dramatic fashion when she collapses and is rushed to hospital.
Mackenzie will feel guilty when he discovers that Chloe has nowhere to live, but is shocked when his partner, Charity Dingle, suggests she should move in with them. Charity is unaware of Mack's affair and the character will do his best to oust Chloe from the house in order to keep his secret hidden.
