Emmerdale fans have been left concerned for Vinny Dingle after spotting a sign that no one else seems to have noticed. The character, played by Bradley Johnson, is refusing to speak and his mum Mandy's help after suffering a heartbreaking loss in the ITV soap earlier this week.
Vinny was left in pieces when his wife Liv died as a result of the terrifying windstorm that swept the Yorkshire village. Liv, played by Isobel Steele, lost her life after she was unable to be saved from being crushed underneath Sam and Lydia Dingle's caravan. Liv and her husband Vinny had been trying to make their way to the Woolpack when the wind blew the vehicle in their direction.
Vinny survived the accident and he and Liv's brother Aaron tried to move the caravan until being warned by Paddy that they may do more harm then good and to wait for the emergency services as Liv lied stuck. However, when help arrived, they heartbreakingly revealed they were unable to free her from the wreckage.
Paddy had to break the devastating news to her brother and husband before they got the change to say goodbye. After realising she was dying, she told Vinny she loved him and died with her husband by her side outside David Metcalfe's shop. Since then, Vinny has shut down and is refusing to speak, staying in the house he shared with Liv alone.
But during Friday's trip to the Dales, as the village tried to come to terms with the events while also searching for missing Samson Dingle, Emmerdale viewers spotted Vinny is sporting a pretty gruesome injury of his own - and no one seems to have done anything about it.

@griannedoherty3 commented: "How the hell has Vinny still NOT been properly checked over? Wouldn't even have to leave the house necessarily just have a initial checkup by either Liam or Wendy. Really hope its not leading to a delayed reaction? Potential bleed on the brain etc? #Emmerdale."
Meanwhile, others are predicting a double relationship twist. @dammers1981 tweeted: "How long do you think it’ll be before Vinny & Gabby get together #emmerdale." @LausOz echoed: "How long before #emmerdale has Gabby and Vinny get together because of their joint grief."
They also think Mandy could find love again with Paddy Kirk. The vet has been supporting Mandy in recent episodes and unbeknownst to him, his wife Chas is having an affair with former enemy Al Chapman. @GemmaRoseDixon said: "Paddy & mandy back together please #emmerdale."
