Emmerdale fans have been left wondering if Nicky Milligan could be heading for a permanent exit from the Dales as he got on the wrong side of Cain Dingle. In scenes aired in the ITV soap on Monday night (April 24), the pair came to blows after the Home Farm nanny was found inside the Dingle garage.
Nicky had previously told his dad, who only viewers know is Cain's half-brother Caleb Milligan, that he had a plan to quickly sort their money woes after eyeing up Cain with some flash motors at the garage. In the latest scenes, Nicky watched as Cain left to meet Caleb for a drink.
He searched around the garage for the keys to the Audi that Cain had been working on, unaware that the former bad boy was standing behind him, watching everything. As Cain makes his presence known, Nicky tried to talk his way out of trouble and returned the conversation to look for Lucas' telescope, which Cain's son Isaac took during a brief play date on the park.

But Cain pushed back at Nicky suggesting his little boy was a thief when the newcomer threw in the fact his eldest son had been accused of murder. In the only way he knows how Cain retaliated by punching Nicky in the stomach as Caleb was forced to watch on.
Nicky reeled over in pain and appeared to glance up at his dad for help, who refused to intervene. Nicky was then seen snatching a spanner from the side and prepared to swing at Cain but he ducked and ended up punching Nicky right in the face before Caleb warned that if he was him, he'd get running.
Later, outside in The Woolpack's beer garden, Caleb seethes as Nicky tells him that we wanted to steal the Audi. But Caleb warned him to stay in his lane as he continues on with his plan to fleece Kim Tate and get his hands on Home Farm after it was revealed that Frank Tate, Kim's late ex-husband, is his dad.
At the end of the episode, Emmerdale viewers saw Nicky calling on his friend, Ally, for help after he made his first appearance in the Dales last week. And after fans shared his suspicions that they'd previously enjoyed a relationship, Nicky and Ally kissed.
But fans are sure that Nicky will be the reason that Caleb's cover is blown and have wondered if Caleb will go to extreme lengths to protect his plan. @terrettcorey tweeted: "Still think Caleb is going to kill Nicky... #emmerdale."
