Emmerdale fans were left baffled during the latest episode.
Viewers tuned in to the ITV soap on Tuesday night to see whether Meena Jutla would finally be charged for her evil crimes.
And they were in luck as the serial killer nurse was brought down by her 'trophy box' which Dr Liam Cavanagh and wife Leyla found in their allotment.
Meena was read a list of her charges by DS Rogers at the police station.

But news soon reached the village that Meena tried to kill Victoria Sugden before she was disturbed by Billy Fletcher who eventually saved her life.
The footage of the moment Meena tried to drown Victoria during the survival week horror was found on the camera Ben Tucker had found - and was killed by Meena for having access to it.
As Victoria discovered what really happened, she expressed her concern to partner David Metcalfe that she fears Meena may try to kill her again.
While the shop owner tried to reassure her that she will be behind bars, Victoria's fears didn't falter.
So David suggested they go away to London with the kids.
By the end of the episode, the pair had headed off and left Emmerdale fans baffled as they had not long returned from a stint abroad.
@RyanGTweetsTV tweeted: "David and Victoria going away again they've only just come back #Emmerdale."
"What was the point in bringing back David and Victoria for them to leave again after two weeks? #emmerdale," @tomriddlemethis asked.
@PGUK78 commented: "Interesting they’re sending Victoria and David off again #emmerdale."
The on-screen couple appeared back in Emmerdale at the end of last month.
David and Victoria, played by Matthew Wolfenden and Isobel Hodgins, hadn't been seen up until that point since last year after they both nearly died.
Matthew and Isobel Hodgins, who plays Victoria, took a break from being on-screen after reportedly being caught up in a race row.
The pair were reportedly involved in an incident on the set of the soap.
