ITV Dancing On Ice Liberty Poole's 'sexy zebra' performance makes fans mortified

Dancing On Ice fans were mortified after Liberty Poole's "sexy zebra" routine on tonight's show.

Sunday's edition of the popular ITV programme was movie week as contestants performed dances inspired by the silver screen.

The Love Island star skated to I Like to Move it in a zebra outfit in tribute to the 2005 film Madagascar.

Liberty initially hoped she would be dressed as a Bond girl in 007 inspired routine - and she was surprised when her dance partner Joe revealed they would be skating in honour of the animated classic.

The 22 year-old said she channelled a "sexy zebra" in the performance and she received 27 out of 40 from the judges.

Viewers following the show on Twitter took to the social media platform to blast the routine and said Liberty was being "stitched up".

Jennifer said: "I feel so sorry for Liberty. Ridiculous idea, stupid music - She looked so disappointed."

Dylan added: "Liberty got stitched up big time gotta say I loved the performance and the partnership!"

Erin commented : "Ohhh why did they dress Liberty up as a zebra. she didn’t look comfortable at all there."

Julian posted: "No way Kimberley was gonna wear zebra and dance to ‘l like to move’ slightly stacked in her favour me thinks."

Greig said: "They clearly want Liberty out! Costume dept hang your head."

Emma tweeted: "I love Liberty but she was done dirty with that song and costume I can’t help but laugh, still my favourite."

Dancing On Ice airs Sundays at 6pm on ITV and ITV Hub
