Dancing on Ice returned for another series tonight and fans were already complaining.
Viewers took to Twitter to have a good moan, all with the same complaint, literally minutes into the ITV show. The 11 celebrity contestants all took to the ice in dazzling pinks and yellows to perform in a group dance, opening up the 2023 series.
They were joined by professional partners as they danced to Whitney Houston's iconic hit I Want to Dance With Somebody. While the show got off to an impressive start, not everyone was pleased.

The viewers were distracted by the same thing - the audience noise. They called for the clapping and cheering to be turned down as it was putting them off watching.
Sue said: "The audience is louder than the track. They were dancing to squealing and whooping. #dancingonice." Another user said: "#DancingOnIce three minutes in and the bloody audience with their whooping and clapping are seriously p****** me off!"
A third added: "Why does #dancingonice #DancingOnIce have to be so shouty? Screaming audience and loud professionals won't make it a better show." Another said: "If the audience would tone it down a notch that would be amazing! #STFU."
The first six of 11 celebrities took to the ice this week, with the remaining stars set to skate next week. Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield returned as hosts while Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean resumed their roles as judges on the ice panel alongside dancers Ashley Banjo and Oti Mabuse.
