Dancing on Ice fans have demanded a major ban following Coronation Street star Mollie Gallagher's performance and her scores from the judges. The actress impressed many viewers during week five of the ITV skating competition, but others said one of her moves was dangerous, the Manchester Evening News reports.
It was 'icons week' on the show, with celebrities and their professional skating partners paying tribute to some of music's biggest stars. Ex-Eastenders star Patsy Palmer, who performed as the Spice Girls' Geri Horner, became the fourth celebrity contestant to be eliminated from the show.
The 50-year-old actress and her professional partner Matt Evans lost out to Darren Harriot, 34, and skating pro Tippy Packard in the skate-off, with the four judges unanimously deciding to save Darren, praising his technique. Patsy, who is now a DJ in the US, said: “I’ve met the best people ever and we’ve been like one big family. Everyone on this show (is a) truly beautiful (person).”
