Coronation Street star Alexandra Mardell has announced that she's leaving the soap after four years.

Alexandra, whose character made her debut in Weatherfield in 2018, will depart the famous Coronation Street cobbles in April.

Bubbly pink-wearing Emma arrived as an apprentice hairdresser at Audrey Roberts' salon and had a fling with Audrey's grandson David Platt.
