ITV Coronation Street viewers work out Stephen Reid's next victim and it isn't Audrey

Coronation Street viewers have worked out Stephen Reid's next victim.

The character, played by Todd Boyce, has wrecked havoc on the Cobbles since he murdered Leo Thompkins. Stephen has since been hit by money woes as he continues to hide his grisly secret.

He took a job as a delivery driver to fund his mum, Audrey Roberts, trip to Norway. However, he quit the job once he was mocked for his new line of work.

She helped care for Stephen before he realised she would soon soon be downsizing her home. Viewers following the show on Twitter are convinced Stephen will now take advantage of Elaine after the development.

Dion added: "Elaine is going to end up with Leo."

Teena posted: "I like Elaine, I hope she doesn’t end up in a wheelie bin too"

Corey commented : "Stephen better not kill Elaine..."
