Coronation Street viewers issued a plea after a character's exit at the end of tonight's show.
Friday's edition of the long-running soap brought an end to Aaron Sandford's time in Weatherfield. The character, played by James Craven, has been involved in a harrowing storyline tackling the subject of non-consensual sex after he raped Amy Barlow.
The character denied his actions and was released by police after they struggled to gain enough evidence to charge him with the crime. Amy has been struggling to cope since the incident as she was torn between wanting justice to be served and not wanting to worry her family.

Aaron said he was going to sue Amy for libel and insisted she put up a statement retracting her allegations. Amy was going to issue the statement in tonight's episode before Aaron picked apart the wording of her message.
He was eventually forced to confront his behaviour as he admitted to what he had done in the hard-hitting finish to Friday's episode. Aaron confessed all before he vowed to leave the Cobbles for good.
As he exited, Amy said: "I thought I needed you to admit it. But look at you. You know what you did. You have to live with that. You know what you are."
However, viewers following the show on Twitter were looking for more and hoped that Amy was recording the conversation so she had evidence to provide to the police.
Ryan said: "OMG so this was Aaron's exit - so we won't see him go to court or face up to his actions. I just pray to God that Amy was recording that near confession from Aaron so that Amy can get the closure she needs to move on from her ordeal."
Debs added: "I hope Amy is recording this."
Jehan commented: "I hope Amy is recording Aaron."
Ross tweeted: "Oh god please let her be recording this"
Westie posted: "I hope Amy is recording this conversation."
