Rula Lenska hasn't ruled out a return to Coronation Street despite her character, Claudia, not appearing on the soap for several months.
Claudia made her Coronation Street debut in December 2009, but left in 2011, before returning in 2018. Following her comeback, Claudia began dating Ken Barlow. After two years together, Claudia and Ken left Weatherfield and moved to Stillwaters retirement complex. However, it wasn't long before Ken felt homesick, broke up with Claudia and moved back to the Cobbles.
Claudia hadn't been on-screen since their relationship ended in February 2020, until she delighted fans with a brief return for Norris Cole's funeral in September 2021.

Speaking on Lorraine today with her Coronation Street co-star Dame Maureen Lipman, Rula said she would love to return to Weatherfield.
Christine Lampard asked: "Rula, will you be back on the Cobbles? The door is always open for you."
Rula said: "I would love to go back, I had a wonderful time. I mean not only because of being with Maureen but it was like a huge family.
"Unfortunately, the storylines that I'd hoped would develop ie. between Maureen and myself didn't happen or haven't happened yet. But yes I would love to go back."
Maureen added: "There is a chance in the summer that you might be back."
Rula said: "There is, for a few episodes."
Maureen said: "If she's good they might let her back."
