She may have already left the cobbles but Millie Gibson isn't letting her former Coronation Street co-stars get away without seeing her. The actress, known for playing Kelly Neelan, will bow out of the ITV soap in dramatic scenes set to air later this month as her character finds out the chilling truth about guardian Gary Windass.
Millie recently swapped Weatherfield for northern Sardinia after filming her final scenes for the show. And the 18-year-old was joined by her Corrie pals last month as they said farewell to their young co-star at her packed leaving bash on Salford Quays. Many of the soap's favourites were pictured as they headed to The Alchemist bar in a series of glam ensembles.
But the soap star is now back on home soil and wasted no time in going out on a mate date with her Corrie bestie Tanisha Gorey. Millie and the Asha Alahan actress headed to San Carlo where Millie could continue her recent Italian foray.

Taking to Instagram, Tanisha shared a video from inside the restaurant, showing her bowl of spaghetti carbonara before moving the camera up to show Millie almost hidden behind a plate of garlic pizza bread. The teen held up her chilled glass of wine as she gave a wink to the camera.
"Forever my date @milliegibbo," Tanisha, 21, penned, Millie then shared her own video of her pal sipping on her own drink while enjoying their delicious-looking meal writing: "Making the Mrs happy [by] getting her a carbonara."
Their reunion came after Millie was left bowled over by gifts sent to her by Tanisha and her boyfriend Lucas Whelan. On her Instagram Story, Millie shared a photo of a frame hanging on her wall which featured two Lego figures behind the glass. Writing underneath them read: "Roses are red, Violets are blue, You're my best friend and I love you."
Adding her own message to the social media post, Millie typed: "Behave you two," tagging her friends alongside a tearful face emoji. And the gifts didn't stop there as Millie showed off a gold bracelet which featured a 'K' and an 'N' in a nod to her Corrie character. "The most perfect present," she gushed.
Tanisha then reshared the post and wrote: "The most perfect friend." Back in July, Millie gushed over Tanisha on live TV as she was right by her friend's side as she made her appearance on ITV's Lorraine. During the chat, the camera panning to show her in the wing supporting her girl.
When host Lorraine Kelly mentioned Corrie being a 'family, she said: "And you've made some very good pals haven't you?" to which Millie replied: "I love everyone there. Most of my scenes are with the adult actors like Mikey North [Gary] and scenes with Georgia Taylor [Toyah Habeeb] and Charlie De Melo [Imran Habeeb]. I've worked with so many people."
"But I'm best friends with Tanisha," she added. "I love my Tanisha," she said as Lorraine commented: "And she's here today!" She added: "I think that's brilliant that you're such good pals," Lorraine remarked as Millie replied: "I know, she's great. We love each other to bits." She added: "It's great to meet someone on set that you really get on with. Even though we don't have many scenes together we still see each other all the time."
