Phill Whittaker will be stuck in denial after being jilted at the alter on Coronation Street.
Next week, the heartbroken character, played by Jamie Kenna, will try his best to win back the affections of Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine). Last night’s shock episode saw Phill dumped at his wedding reception, after marrying the woman of his dreams, while Fiz ran back into the arms of ex Tyrone (Alan Halsall).
It came after Tyrone announced that he still had feelings for her earlier in the week and then Phill's ex, Camilla, appeared on the cobbles. However, Phill is unaware that Ty is the reason behind her change of mind during the wedding ceremony.
