Kimberly Hart-Simpson has pulled it out the bag again as she stunned in a gorgeous gold swimsuit that she bagged for just a fraction of the price. Her former Coronation Street co-star Paddy Bever (Max Turner) called her a 'thrift queen' as she showed off her latest charity shop purchase.
Followers of the actress, who played Nicky Wheatley in the ITV soap before her exit earlier this year, will be aware that Kimberly is a volunteer at the British Heart Foundation. Last month she shared how she was able to return back to the Picadilly Gardens story to help out after having a bit more time on her hands.
After her first day back, she appeared on Instagram to share some of the bargains she was able to pick up. "Whenever I'm on shift I always buy stuff so," she admitted and fans have on numerous occasion been bowled over by the 35-year-old's handy work as she upcycles her bargain buys.

But her latest charity shop find was a complete bargain as she modeled the glittery gold one-piece while on a recent break in Ibiza. "£10 instead of £40? I’ll have a drink to that," she penned alongside a string of snaps showing her earing the daring swimwear while on the Spanish party island.

Kimberly later took to her Instagram Story with another snap of her showing off her bronzed figure in the golden swimsuit as she thanked her followers for the 'lovely comments' on her charity shop buy. "I genuinely think this is the way forward for us all," she said.
"We have hit a financial crisis and no doubt we are all looking to make personal cut backs, Charities will suffer and understandably we can't give as much as before. But we can put our money in the better places. In a charity shop you buy for yourself and you give back to others."
She went on to say: "I respect and hear the comments that some of you have been in charity shops before and found them expensive... But please take into consideration the rise in cost of living applies to retail outlets also. And this has to be reflected." Kimberly ended her post: "I have honestly never bought something from a charity shop and regretted it because someone, somewhere benefits. And so does the planet."
As well as being an actress, Kimberly is a businesswoman having set up fashion company, Hart-Work, in 2018 with all the items for sale being handmade by the soap star herself. Kimberly explains on the site how she got into making clothes. Speaking to the Mirror, Kimberly has recently revealed that as a school girl, she used to jazz up the charity shop clothes her parents bought her, so they wouldn't know she was poor.
"My family have always been shopping from charity shops. We don't come from money, so that sort of bargain buying has always been in my blood," she told the publication. "When I was at school we couldn't really afford the stuff to fit in and I knew that if you don't have the stuff to fit in you're going to stand out but not for the right reasons. So I decided when I was younger that if I was going to get bullied they were going to bully me because I looked different rather than they knew we were poor."
