Coronation Street star Elle Mulvaney has once again shown she is completely different to her on-screen character as she shared a glimpse behind-the-scenes at a recent photoshoot.
The actress, who fans have watched grow up on screen as Amy Barlow, took to Instagram to excitedly show off her glam looks for the shoot - from donning a hot pink top with a pair of blue jeans to stunning her fans in a purple and white checked two-piece.
Elle, 19, was flooded with compliments as she shared the glossy snaps from her interview with The Sun over the weekend. She even took to her Instagram Story to let her followers know she was 'done with the spam' but added 'for now'.
The soap star, from Bury, was clearly proud of her big solo shoot and her co-stars were just as impressed and quickly let her know about it. "My bff looking gorgeous," Toyah Battersby star Georgia Taylor said.
On-screen boyfriend Jack James Ryan, who plays Jacob Hay, wrote: "You killed this shoot," while Laura Neelan actress Kel Allen commented: "Stunning darl."
Paddy Bever, who plays Max Turner and was snapped out in Manchester late last week, also said: "These r sick."
Elle also took to her Instagram Story to give her thousands of followers, friends and co-stars a look behind the scenes. One showed the teen posing for the camera in a cropped pink crop top with puffed sleeves that had been paired with baggy jeans, pair of white mule heels, and a slick of matching pink lipstick.
The next showed the Corrie star getting a few touch-ups done to her recently new hair which had been styled into soft curls. She'd also had an outfit change, rocking a figure-h8igging blue midi dress with a pair of green heels. "Deep in thought," she joked across the snap as a member of the team checked her hair and make-up ready for the cameras.
And Amy revealed to the publication that it was her first taste of life on a photo and interview shoot. "I love getting dressed up," she told The Sun. "Since turning 18 I’ve really enjoyed wearing nice clothes. It makes me feel good. Amy doesn’t care what she looks like, whereas I like a bit of glam and make-up."
But that's not the only difference between Elle and her character Amy, who recently turned 18 on-screen. "I like baking and running. I’m a goody two shoes and I never went to a club before I was 18," she told the publication.
"Because I was on television, I felt I couldn’t do things like that without getting into trouble. It was a bit irritating, but now I look back and actually I’m grateful, because I didn’t make any stupid mistakes.”
