Sam Aston said he felt nauseous as he issued a tribute to his Coronation Street co-star.
The actor is renowned for his role as Chesney Brown on the Cobbles. He first joined the show when he was aged 10 and viewers have watched him grow into an adult as he celebrated his 30th birthday this week.
Corrie actors took to social media to wish him well on the special day such as his onscreen wife, Dolly-Rose Campbell, and Tyrone Dobbs star, Alan Halsall. Sam is also close friends with I'm A Celebrity star, Andy Whyment, who is renowned for his role as Kirk Sutherland on the Cobbles.

Andy took to social media to issue a heartfelt message as he said: "I’ve known you since you were 10 and today you turn 30 @samaston93 I’m very proud seeing the man you’ve become HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY mate."
Andy shared snaps of big moments from their friendship, including a hilarious photo from the Corrie star's stag do. Sam took to the comments and said the boozy photo brought back some bad memories as he joked: "I feel nauseous just looking at that last one."
He also added an emotional tribute to his co-star as he said: "Love you loads mate. Much appreciated." Andy shot back: "Meant every word mate"
Chesney is married to Briony Aston and she also thanked Andy for the sweet message. She said: "Aw Andy. We love you xxx."
Other fans flooded the comments to congratulate Chesney and many were in disbelief that the star had reached a milestone age.
Tracey said: "Wow, that’s gone so fast Don’t know where the time goes. Happy birthday Sam."
Sandra added: "Happy 30th remember you first appeared on Corrie. Where that time gone. Made me feel old I turned 60 this year"
Kelly commented: "Chesney cannot be 30!!"
