ITV chef James Martin's Elton John remark as fans respond with support saying 'so true'

ITV chef James Martin was met with support after he praised Elton John's Glastonbury performance. The Yorkshire chef posted a picture on social media of huge crowds at the Pyramid stage at the popular music festival.

Fans were quick to respond as they agreed with his tweet and Instagram posts last Sunday night, at 9.45pm on June 25. The chef, who runs the kitchens at Broadway's Lygon Arms restaurant and pub, Grill and Tavern, in Worcestershire, was glued to the stage when Sir Elton was performing hits from Tiny Dancer to I'm Still Standing, reports Birmingham Live.

Taking to social media, Martin wrote: "Elton showing you how it’s done… wow! #glastonbury." Below it was a memorable bird's eye photo of thousands of people crammed closely together, stretching far into the distance, for the chance to see what could be Sir Elton's final ever UK performance.
