An MP has put it to ITV chief executive Dame Carolyn McCall that This Morning producers refer to their audience as "Tower Block Tracys".
Dame Carolyn looked taken aback at the allegation and insisted she has "never heard" the term before. The accusation came as the ITV boss was grilled at a hearing on Wednesday following Phillip Schofield's exit from the show.
She said both Phillip Schofield and the man he had an affair with "repeatedly denied" allegations of a relationship, adding that ITV would have taken action, but no evidence of the relationship appeared during on-going reviews.
