ITV axes daytime TV and soaps tomorrow for special coverage after Queen's death

ITV have confirmed tomorrow's TV schedule will be changed due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II.

This Morning, Loose Women and soaps Emmerdale and Coronation Street have been pulled from the schedule as the nation enters an official period of mourning for the late Head of State.

Good Morning Britain will air on Friday [September 9] but an extended ITV News special will fill the schedule for the majority of the day following the death of the longest reigning monarch.
