Items from Queen Elizabeth’s wardrobe to go on display in new exhibition

  • Items on display range from her trademark headscarves, see-through Fulton umbrellas, and off-duty tweed suits to lavish dresses worn at state occasions, including her wedding and coronation gowns.
  • Curator Caroline de Guitaut emphasised the Queen's distinct sense of style and how practicality always guided her fashion choices, making a significant contribution to British fashion.
