Italy's top appeals court ruled on Friday that prison terms should not be eased for Alfredo Cospito, a jailed hunger-striking anarchist with an international following.
Cospito, 55, began a hunger strike on Oct. 20 to protest against his detention under the "41 bis" isolation regime, normally reserved for top Mafia bosses.
