NEW DELHI: Former India captain Sourav Ganguly commended Rohit Sharma's 'Men in Blue' ahead of the ODI World Cup 2023 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Sunday.

Addressing the media after the thrilling second semi-final between South Africa and Australia at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata, the ex-president of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) expressed his admiration for Team India, describing them as 'looking smashing.'

Ganguly conveyed his best wishes to the team for the upcoming final and emphasised that if India maintain the same level of performance displayed in the league phase and the semi-final, they will be a formidable force to contend with.
