Dietmar Hamann has admitted he doesn't understand Jurgen Klopp's pointed criticism towards him after the former Liverpool midfielder raised concerns at this season's slow start.
The Reds have endured their worst start to a league season in a decade, with two wins from their opening eight games leaving them 14 points short of Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table. They put their domestic troubles aside last night, however, with a six-minute Mohamed Salah hat-trick helping Klopp's side to a 7-1 rout of Rangers at Ibrox and a third consecutive Champions League win.
Speaking ahead of the trip to Glasgow, former Liverpool midfielder Hamann questioned whether Klopp could spark his side back into form amid claims his time at Anfield could be coming to its close.
