Kolkata: A day after two CJP leaders were remanded to judicial custody for two more days, former West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Tuesday accused the central authorities of perpetrating "state-sponsored terrorism" and "police-sponsored atrocities" and demanded their immediate release.

She also alleged that Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) co-convenors Ashutosh Ranka and Saurav Das were being subjected to torture.
