IT firm holds its global leadership meet in city to fulfil its GIS pledge

LUCKNOW: As a first step to fulfil its pledge during the Global Investors Summit, Mumbai-based IT consultancy company, Adrosonic, held its three-day global leadership conclave in Lucknow. The leadership team comprising its CEO Mayank, who hails from Lucknow, co-Founder & COO, Sonal and non-executive director, Steve Jolley, also met deputy CM Brajesh Pathak and industries minister Nand Gopal Gupta Nandi to share the company's expansion plans in the state.

Adrosonic had participated in the UP Global Investors Summit and committed to invest Rs 30 crore in the city through two MoUs. "We have hit the ground running. So, as a next step to give a final shape to our UP plan, we decided to bring our global leadership to the city to showcase the opportunities," Mayank says.

"We invited our international directors and clients to Lucknow for an exposure tour to inform them about the change in perception about the state in the backdrop of the improved law and order and the recent Global Investors Summit," he says. Based in Mumbai, Adrosonic has its strong presence in US, UK and South America.

Mayank said that his decision to make Lucknow as the base of his company was both emotional and rational.

“I am a graduate from the Institute of Engineering and Technology and entered the IT sector in 2004-2005. Having worked with leading companies in various domestic and international locations, I decided to start my own business in Mumbai a decade back. Over the past 2-3 years, I saw visible changes in Lucknow during my recent visits,” said Mayank, who has set up his office in Gomtinagar.

With a budget of Rs 30 crore, the company is planning to establish a commercial building in Gomtinagar which will have at least 100 employees.
