Recent Israeli strikes in northern Gaza have led to a devastating loss of life, with at least 65 Palestinians reported dead overnight. The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya, Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, has indicated that the death toll is expected to rise as casualties continue to be brought to the hospital.
According to Dr. Safiya, around 200 individuals were present at the site when the Israeli military carried out the strikes. The hospital staff, despite facing challenges, are working tirelessly to retrieve bodies from the rubble, resorting to manual efforts due to the lack of access to certain areas in northern Gaza.
