Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu expressed his joy and relief as he spoke with the parents of Liri Albag, one of the four female Israeli soldiers recently freed by Hamas. Albag, along with six other female soldiers, was kidnapped from the Nahal Oz military base and held hostage in Gaza for 15 months.
Netanyahu conveyed his support and solidarity to the Albag family, stating, 'My wife and I, together with the entire people of Israel, embrace Liri and her friends who have emerged into a great light.' He further added, 'This is truly a great day. We are working on the release of everyone else.'
