The Israeli military has reported that it conducted a series of strategic strikes in Syria, targeting weapon stockpiles and military facilities. According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), approximately 480 strikes were carried out across the country over the past two days.

The Israeli Air Force was responsible for around 350 manned aircraft strikes, focusing on key locations such as airfields, anti-aircraft batteries, missiles, drones, fighter jets, tanks, and weapon production sites in cities including Damascus, Homs, Tartus, Latakia, and Palmyra.

130 ground airstrikes targeted weapons depots and military structures.

In addition to the aerial attacks, the IDF also conducted 130 airstrikes during ground operations, specifically targeting weapons depots, military structures, launchers, and firing positions. The military operations extended to the sea, with Israeli ships striking two Syrian naval facilities where 15 vessels were reportedly docked. The strikes resulted in the destruction of numerous sea-to-sea missiles.

Earlier statements from Defense Minister Israel Katz indicated that the Israeli navy had successfully neutralized Syria's naval fleet, further emphasizing the extent of the military actions taken by Israel in the region.
